Production line for straws
The straws production line is a modification of the pretzel processing line.
The complex line allows the production of straws with and without filling. Peanut butter is used as the basis of the filling. The method of forming straws is based on extruding the dough onto a continuously moving belt.
After extrusion, the ropes enter the scalding chamber, after which, if necessary, they pass the coarse-crystalline salt sprinkling section and the guillotine, then the ropes enter the hybrid-type tunnel gas oven. After baking, the straws enter the tunnel dryer, where it acquires a predetermined moisture content, which gives it special physicochemical properties.
