DEZ sugar disintegrator
The disintegrator is designed for fine grinding of raw materials (crystalline sugar) in order to obtain powdered sugar. DEZ disintegrator for the production of powdered sugar is equipped with a receiving hopper with a slide gate for adjusting the sugar supply to the grinding chamber. Before entering the grinding chamber, the sugar passes through a sieve and magnetic separators.
The grinding chamber consists of a rotor-turbine made of high-alloy steel and a stator with a sieve and grinding elements installed in it.
Crystal sugar size: 0.25-2 mm (250-2000 μm)
