ZF marshmallow depositor for depositing marshmallows on a continuously moving belt
Marshmallow depositing machine on a continuously moving belt with a lifting table.
The ZF depositor has three modifications:
- Depositing machine for one color marshmallow.
- Two-color marshmallow depositing machine
- A depositing machine for two-colored marshmallows or marshmallows with marmalade filling. With a device for spinning the dies.
How it works: Marshmallow paste under pressure from the Aerator enters the sealed hopper of the machine through the pipeline. Inside the hopper, there is a compression diaphragm from pressure sensors. Thanks to the spool system and pistons, marshmallow blanks are dosed and deposited onto the continuously moving belt of the refrigeration tunnel. The depositor is equipped with a belt lifting mechanism. The carriage speed is synchronized with the transport one.
