Icing line for covering products with chocolate or confectionery icing
Icing lines are designed to cover confectionery products with confectionery or chocolate icing: sweets, marshmallows, cookies, gingerbread, etc.
The complete set of icing lines consists of:
1.Icing unit
2.Tunnel cooler
3. Container for warming up the icing or a tempering unit (for chocolate types of icing)
Icing units have extensive modifications and are completed depending on the type of product to be covered and the needs of the customer.
Width of the working unit part: 420mm to 2000mm
Units can be equipped with built-in decorators and systems for applying mechanical patterns on chocolate icing.
