Bulk components batchmeter
Bulk components weigh batcher.
The dozer is designed for accurate dosing of bulk components:
- Flour
- Sugar
- Cacao powder
- Powdered sugar
- Dried milk, whey
Dispenser material is AISI 316 stainless steel
The dispenser mode is based on weight countdown, which ensures accurate dosing of components and does not depend on the product freezing and sticking in the weighing machine.
When metering components prone to sticking or hygroscopicity, the metering screw chamber has a compressed air blowing system and is equipped with a comb plate-agitator.
