TL-457C complex modular line for the production of roasted candies – Croquant, Brittles, Toffees
The TL-457 C line is designed for the production of roasted confectionery paste with a high content of fat and nuts or peanuts.
The line allows producing:
- Croquant roasted candies
- Brittles or English Toffee
- Tirage iris
Brittles are a high-fat roasted nut paste with peanuts and almonds. In terms of organoleptic index, Brittles has an interesting structure: caramelization gives it a hard caramel structure, at the same time, the high fat content ensures the crumbly crisp properties of the product. A blend of roasted nuts and peanuts adds unique flavor to Brittles.
