Complex modular line for the production of marshmallows on agar

MK-ZFA-250 automatic line is designed for the production of agar-based marshmallows in the classical way. The technological line includes a complete set of equipment starting from raw material preparation to packaging area.

The peculiarity of this line is that marshmallows on agar are produced in the classical way, taking into account the time of structure formation and drying of at least 6-8 hours in an automatic mode.

Thanks to the unique new system of depositing, structuring and drying, marshmallow takes 6-8 hours from the moment of depositing to the packaging conveyor without changing its position.
