The sugar cookies production line is designed for the production of shaped sugar biscuits using rotary molding machines.
The baking of such products takes place in a tunnel confectionery oven of a combined type on a mesh hearth.
Before or after baking, the line has an additional unit for depositing confectionery paste on the surface of the biscuits.
The line can be equipped with sandwich installations and a stacker-making system.
