TL-MOG-A400 mogul line for the production of aerated jelly candies
TL-MOG-A400 mogul line allows the production of aerated jelly candies by pouring them into starch forms.
Whipped candies are made on the basis of gelatin, pectin or agar-agar.
The line is equipped with an additional section for aeration and air saturation of confectionery paste.
The boiled syrup from the cooking compartment of the line enters the aeration complex, after which it is fed through the pipeline to the depositor for pouring into starch forms.
