IR-drying tunnel for confectionery
The IR-drying tunnel is designed for drying marshmallows for automatic modular lines for the production of marshmallows on pectin in an accelerated way.
It can also be used separately for drying marshmallows on trays.
Heating method: infrared lamps with a special wavelength of the spectrum.
In addition to infrared radiation, a convection system for drying porous confectionery products is installed in the tunnel.
