Marshmallow depositor is designed for depositing marshmallows on a continuously moving belt.

The method of depositing marshmallows: volumetric and piston methods, which ensure the gentle formation of aerated paste, marshmallows.

The carriage of the depositing head with a piston group during depositing of the marshmallow moves at the same belt speed, after that the carriage returns to its original position and the cycle is repeated again

The depositing machine has a mechanism for lifting and lowering the belt to carry out the process of forming marshmallows.

The marshmallow size is adjusted by the piston group regulating mechanism with indication.

The depositing machine is controlled and adjusted from the operator panel using a liquid crystal screen.

Z-300 depositing machine is equipped with a spinning unit for the dies, which makes it possible to spin it in a spiral when depositing the marshmallow, giving it new shapes.
