DZF-150 marshmallow depositor on trays

Marshmallow trays depositor is designed to deposit marshmallows on trays in a periodic manner.

The method of depositing marshmallows: volumetric and piston methods, which ensure the gentle formation of aerated paste, marshmallows.

The depositing head of the machine is stationary, the tray is fed along the conveyor to the die assembly. Depositing occurs in a periodic manner cyclically. The machine has a tray raising and lowering unit.

The marshmallow size is adjusted by the piston group regulating mechanism with indication.

The depositing machine is controlled and adjusted from the operator panel using a liquid crystal screen.

The depositing machine can be equipped with a unit for spinning the dies, which makes it possible to spin it in a spiral when depositing marshmallow, giving it new shapes.
