Fat-melting plant
Fat-melting plant for melting confectionery fats, cocoa butter
The main working tool of the fat-melting plant is a heat grid, which is a welded structure made of rectangular pipes.
During installation, the pipes are installed on the rib, which gives an increased heating area. To drain the fat along the grid, it is mounted at an angle of 3 degrees.
The fat-melting plant is equipped with a reactor (mixer) for mixing the fat, and its speedy melting, which is a shaft with a screw nozzle fixed on it, which allows the product to rise up during operation of the mixer. To center the mixer there is a bracket, which has a self-aligning double-row roller bearing, where a collet clamp is put on and the shaft is fixed.
