Production line for custard gingerbread
Line for the production of TL-G custard gingerbread is designed for the production of gingerbread by the rotary forming method.
After cooking and standing, the choux dough goes to a rotary molding machine. The rotor of the forming machine makes it possible to cook gingerbread of various shapes. Gingerbread is baked in hybrid gas confectionery ovens. After baking, the gingerbread goes through an acclimatization system and then enters the icing machines, where it is covered with chocolate or sugar and egg white icing.
