DepJelly-02 depositor for pouring of jellies
DEPJelly-2 depositor for jelly filling is designed for precise weighting of marmalade or jellies onto cookies.
Weighting method: piston type
The depositor has a special valve system for instant locking of the die outlet, which prevents the appearance of tails or droplets at the outlet of the paste from the die.
Types of confectionery paste for weighting:
– Marmalade on pectin and agar
– Jellies based on pectin, gelatin
– Souffle with a density of 0.5-0.7 g / cm3
