Panning unit
Unit for panning confectionery with chocolate or sugar icing
Types of panning drums:
- For chocolate icing
- For soft sugar icing
- For crisp / hard sugar icing
All covering plants are equipped with a recirculated air preparation and air conditioning system. Depending on the drying process, the optimal temperature regime of the incoming air is set.
The air dehumidification system takes place in the absorption unit.
Unloading and loading of the product occurs automatically.
Dry and liquid ingredients are fed into the drum mechanically using screw feeders or a pumping system. The nozzles for spraying liquid components have a rinsing and drying system.
