Production line for gummy gingerbread
The line for the production of TL-GN gummy gingerbread is designed for the production of gummy gingerbread by the deposit method.
After preparation, the dough goes to the B-DEZ Depositor for depositing gingerbread blanks. Gummy gingerbread can be stuffed inside. The depositor forms the gingerbread using a series of blower shafts and diaphragm cut timing gears. When depositing the gingerbread blank, the depositor moves along the hearth of the oven. Gingerbread is baked in hybrid gas confectionery ovens. After baking, the gingerbread goes through a normalization system and then enters the tirage drums, where it is covered with sugar icing.
