Z-Mixer for mixing and preparing hard confectionery
Horizontal mixer for preparation of confectionery solid pastes, sugar pastes and fillings.
Z-shaped mixer blades with independent own drives allow you to adjust the mixing process to the optimal technological mode.
The presence of a water heating jacket allows the mixer to mix sugar pastes containing gelatin and other gelling agents, while the paste remains elastic at a constant temperature.
The mixer lid is opened and the working chamber is turned over with the help of gyro drives.
